Sultan Saray

If you want to have a perfect royal Turkish dinner then head over to @sultansaray. The restaurant is luxurious & spacious. As soon as you enter the place you’d be mesmerized by the stunning & exquisite interiors.

What sets this place apart from other restaurants is their excellent hospitality & quick service. All staff had a smile on their faces. They were on their toes to serve & make me feel special throughout my visit

Lets talk about food; this place has become one of my favourite Turkish restaurants because of the excellent taste. I was first served with Lemonade Shots followed by Turkish Laban. I was served following dishes:

Starters: Gavurdug Salad, Hot Mix Appetizers, Baba Ghanouj & Hydari

Main Course : Iskandar Chicken, Meat Dish

Desserts : Baklava, Pudding
Fruit platter. Ended the meal with turkish tea.

All the items were extremely delicious but my recommendations are Gavurdug Salad, Iskendar Kabab & Baklava, these items had an outstanding taste. Do visit this place to have an amazing dinner experience that you will remember for life

Café Délices

Café Délices offers delicious and mouthwatering Turkish and Bahraini cuisine with a beautiful view of the Dubai Canal. The place is ideal for enjoying dine outs during winter season. They have decent and spacious outdoor seating arrangement.

I enjoyed Hummus, Hydari, Gavurdagi Salatasi for starters, Mix Grill & Pizza Della Citta for main dishes. The mix grill comprised of Tawuk, Adana Kebab, Bahraini Tikka, Riyash Ghanam, Robian – Tikka won my heart, It was juicy and flavourful. Pizza was average in taste.

I also tried their dessert: Umm Ali, Baklava & Mohallabia (Rice Pudding) No doubt dessert platter was a treat. To end the night, I had their Karak Matka Bahraini Chai to enjoy the chilling weather.

Their staff were very kind and throughout on their toes. I had an excellent time at Café Delices, do try out this place for some amazing bahraini tikka & peaceful beautiful view.

Kiyi – Fairmont Ajman

I always wanted to try 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 & I got the chance at Kiyi Restaurant in Fairmont Ajman. This place completely won me over with its remarkable taste, food quality and mesmerizing interior

The dim light setup with candles on every table made the environment calm and relaxing. The creative look of the place to depict the Turkish style was just fabulous. It literally felt like a trip to turkey

I was served with four different Turkish appetizers presented with kuboos. I also tasted 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶 separately which was a Turkish pasta. Everything was 100% fresh and super delicious

For the main course I tried 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 & 𝗧𝗮𝘃𝘂𝗸 𝗦𝗜𝗦. The taste was just wow. The grilled kababs, fish and prawns were perfectly cooked. I was fully absorbed in my dish as I savored the food, it was a gastronomically satisfying feeling

Turkish sweets are my favourite & I got to enjoy one of the best 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗮 of my life. It was heavenly – pure divine. The combination of ice cream & baklawa was amazing

I had a wonderful experience at this place & I cant wait to go back again

Sultan Baba Iskender

I’ve not yet visited Turkey but my fondness for Turkish cuisine has recently grown, mainly due to amazing restaurants like Sultan Baba Iskender. Their food represents Turkish taste and their hospitality is the reflection of their culture.

I left the restaurant, quite impressed & satisfied after having a delicious meal the other day. If you’re in Dubai and want to experience Turkish cuisine, head over to Sultan Baba Iskender.

I’d suggest you to start off with Kasak Salad. It was fresh and incredible in taste. I opted for their famous dishes Iskendar Kabab and Mix Grill. Iskender Kabab is prepared from thinly cut grilled lamb with pita bread and melted butter. It is served with yogurt on the side. To get the best taste, you must eat the meat with bread. The bread will melt in your mouth and leave a delightful taste of butter. Mix Grill was a bit of everything (Adana Kebab, Lamb Shish Chicken, Wings, Chops, Bulgur), therefore do try it out. Everything was perfectly cooked. It was served with their special bread which was warm and soft and complemented the dish. I also tasted Tavuk Doner Sandwich with pita bread which was also good.

To end it with a dessert, I had Baklava. It was layered with pistachio and Turkish Icecream. I loved every bite of it.

O’Doner

If you’re new to Turkish food then you’ve got a mouth-watering journey ahead of you. Turkish food is famous for its diversity and amazing flavor

If you are unable to visit Turkey, just visit O’Doner at Lamer to experience the authentic Turkish street food. Everything from its interior to crockery and specially their staff will make you feel like being in Istanbul. The food comes in huge portion so the prices are compensated in a way

I started off with 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. To get the full experience of Turkish flavor, I tasted 𝗠𝗶𝘅 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 – it was a bit of everything as the platter came with Adana kebab, Lamb skewers, Lamb chops, Chicken wings with Bulghur Pilaf and Salad

I was particularly impressed with their Kababs. I have not eaten such juicy and tender Kabab elsewhere. I also tried the 𝗢’𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 with Pita Bread. It tasted amazing

As always, I was ecstatic to try their dessert – their most famous 𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗮. Apart from the melted cheesy layer, it was literally covered with candy floss. It was perfect

This place is a must try for everyone, whether you love Turkish food or have not tried it yet. O’Doner will surprise you all
