Asian Street – All about UAE

wok boyz offers authentic Asian street food that is prepared on flaming wok. It is an interesting street food concept as wok can be customized. They are available in two locations, our review is for their branch on the Sheikh Zayed Road.

It is a cute corner place with impressive & beautiful graffiti wall. The place has amazing vibes, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. People can enjoy food in outdoor seating with nice music playing in background, unfortunately there is no proper indoor seating available. However the food is great and that’s what actually matters.

It is recommended that you go for the WOK and opt for below choices:

Jasmine Rice with prawns, sweet corn, mixed peppers, WOK BOYZ Special sauce and peanuts. The special sauce mixed up with all the ingredients is just perfect and full of flavor. This sauce is the best among all others, so give it try.

Egg Noodles with chicken, mixed peppers, mushrooms, Indonesian Heat sauce and spring onions. If you want to eat spicy then chose this sauce. All veges included are absolutely fresh and taste fantastic.

Apart from WOK, the yummy, crispy & golden prawn tempura that they serve with special dip are also worth it. Spicy Korean Wings are spicy & juicy, so you might want to add it to your meal as well.

If you want to refresh yourself in this scorching heat then you must have the Fresh Coconut Water here. It is fresh, sweet and refreshing.

Their overall food serving is in good portion that makes everything worth the price. Their presentation is unique, complementing the street food concept.

It is the first food hall in Dubai that offers lip-smacking Asian food from three different restaurants i.e. Zen, Fat Aunts & Hing Kee. The place has an interesting street vibe. The Streetery is inspired by the street side hawker stalls in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand which undoubtedly is the best food. The place is doing quite well as visitors keep the tables occupied. People are in constant search for good food and at the Streetery not only that they get delicious meal but at pocket-friendly prices. At a quick glance of the hall, it was fully packed when I visited with people enjoying food and having a good time.

The restaurant has quickly earned a name for itself particularly among the residence of JLT and surrounding areas. It is a perfect casual dining experience that Dubai residence prefer after a busy hectic day. Great food and relaxing atmosphere is all Streetery about.

The @streetery consists of three restaurants; Hing Kee is all about BBQ and Grill items whereas Zen offers variety of Chinese and Thai dishes. On the other hand, Fat Aunts has range of Malay food and DIM SUM.
